1. About Veloxta

Veloxta is a SAFe Agile Transformation SaaS platform developed by VR19 Venspire Capital. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 of India.

2. Data We Collect

• Name, email address, job title and organisation details provided during registration
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, session duration
• Agile transformation data — PI plans, sprint metrics, team structures entered by you
• Device and browser information for security and performance purposes

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the Veloxta platform services
• To send product updates, security alerts and support communications
• To generate anonymised analytics for platform improvement
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We are migrating to AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) to ensure all data is stored within India as required by the DPDP Act 2023. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using TLS 1.3.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. You can manage your cookie preferences using the consent banner on first visit.

6. Your Rights under DPDP Act 2023

• Right to Access — Request a copy of your personal data
• Right to Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to Erasure — Request deletion of your personal data
• Right to Grievance Redressal — Lodge a complaint with our Data Protection Officer

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after termination, unless required by law to retain longer.

8. Third Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers (cloud infrastructure, email delivery) who are contractually bound to protect your data under equivalent standards.
